NAURA - Returns & Refund Policy

Returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items is defective or incorrect.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom items ( colors , lengths, styles) cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
